Q. Will there be discounted registration for those accepted to present?
A. Registration will be waived for presenters. Sorry we can't reimburse for travel expenses.

Q. Can we pay extra to bring a significant other with us to the evening gaming events?
A: Good question! I'll have to find out if we can arrange for this, but unfortunately everyone is kind of crazy dealing with Annual Conference right now. I'll pursue this in early-mid July when we're back from Anaheim and post an answer here.

Q. Registration for the event includes Sunday through Tuesday, are there any other price break-downs for individual days? Is this a possibility?
A: Unfortunately, there aren't any other price break-downs, and I'm not sure there will be. It's something we could look at for next year. Sorry.

Q. Just checking to see if there has been any determination about if we can pay extra to bring a significant other with us to the evening gaming events?
A: I didn't forget about this, but we haven't worked out prices with the hotel yet, so we don't yet know what our costs are. GenCon is this week, too, so the person I need to work with on this is at that conference, so I hope to have an answer when he's back next week. I promise I'll post the answer here. Thanks for your patience, and sorry it's taking so long.

Update: Finally, an answer! You can pay an extra $20 to bring a significant other to open gaming night. This will include the opportunity to participate in any of the games and rights partake of the finger foods. Now I just need to figure out how to add this to the registration form. I'll add another update here when it's in place. Thanks for your patience.

Update to the Update: It turns out we can't add the spousal registration to the online form, so we have two options for this. The first is that you can just register the person for the open gaming when you check in at the registration desk. The second is to email registration@ala.org, and they'll work with you to handle the registration.
