Presenter: Suellen Adams (University of Rhode Island)

Description: Goes beyond the notion that games are useful to bring young adults into the library setting, to a consideration of ways in which gaming can and does relate to both traditional and "new" literacies...and how we can help make the connection. (I will draw, at least in part from my experience in information behavior and meaning making in virtual play spaces).
