Description: Pokémon is bigger than ever, and the Pokémon world is one of the most complex systems of knowledge that kids have ever chosen to devour. That makes Pokémon great for library events, but if you're a Poké-Noob, the prospect of a being grilled by a knowledgeable 8-year-old in the middle of an event is daunting. This Pokémon Primer will prepare you to run successful Pokémon events and answer basic Pokémon questions in the process. Pokémon events are a smash hit with elementary schoolers and tweens, and with a little bit of knowledge and a very small investment, you can produce library events that excite and engage like never before.
