Description: The McMaster University Libraries have been undergoing a “transformation." The new University Librarian, Jeffrey Trzeciak, has been blogging about the changes at http://ulatmac.wordpress.com. The changes include a presence in Second Life and a new position called Immersive Learning Librarian (aka “Gaming Librarian”). Jeff will discuss the changes at Mac, their new initiatives, and administrators' responsibility to encourage a "culture of innovation" that allows library staff the freedom to explore these new environments.
